Book Bridge Press is passionate about children’s books!

Owner and Editorial Director, Aimee Jackson, spent the first half of her career at traditional publishing houses including Rising Moon Books for Young Readers, Sleeping Bear Press, NorthWord Books for Young Readers, and Free Spirit Publishing. As the book industry became more corporate making it harder and harder for aspiring authors to get the attention of publishers, Aimee missed the excitement of helping new authors realize their dreams. Book Bridge Press meant creative freedom for both the authors and their production team.

Book Bridge gives new and experienced authors and organizations the opportunity to publish books on their terms and their timeline. We love to collaborate on the creative process, and we will hold your hand every step of the way. Our editors, art directors, and designers all have specific backgrounds in children’s book publishing, and we hire talented, experienced illustrators whose style fits your vision. We are an intentionally small company so that we can give each author and project our full attention.
